Mountain biking is eco-friendly. No deadly fumes, and it keeps one healthy and fit. Going inside trails makes you appreciate nature more. Exploring and finding new trails is an exhilirating experience I’d like to share with everyone.
Then I stumbled upon the Loop’d network. I checked it out, and found Dirtball — a company that makes eco-friendly clothing. This got me curious. So I check out their Loop’d profile and their company website.
Dirtball’s mission is below, as taken from their website:
Founded in 2008, Dirtball strives to make fashionable, eco-friendly clothing for active individuals. We use only recycled or organic materials in our products when possible and all of our products are produced in the United States. This keeps manufacturing jobs here and shortens shipping distances, thus reducing our carbon footprint.
This intrigued me. It made me want to add to what I’m doing for Mother Nature, as repayment to what she offers us mountain bikers in terms of beautiful and challenging places to ride.
And after a short “interview” (via the Loop’d network) we closed on a deal that I plan to use to both promote Dirtball and to develop more of my riding skills… and a few ideas I have.

This is cool. Do they have store outlets in Makati?
None yet, as far as I know. Also, I think the company is looking at the feasibility of bringing in their products here in volume. For now we can only order from their website.
